George and I will review both documents for Monday's governance meeting. The governance document only contains Tech and Operations. There is no report from Marketing and Finance.

All,


Sorry about the meeting today. We left the office early due to the election commission making the announcement of the final results that are not final. Here are the updates:

-We started the support meeting by discussing the strategy for support
-We bought 34 antivirus licenses for the Production and Kola staff
-The QA testers were off-site today and it seems there were connection issues.
-We had a discussion with OVH Montreal about the VMware upgrade which should be done
by January 15, 2023
-Sent the governance status report and meeting minutes templates to the rest of the Kola teams


Tomorrow:
Focus on QA testers
Continue working on the support strategy


Next week:
Install antivirus on all 11 Production servers
Complete QA testing
Complete Support strategy
Complete the Network and Application training

Will update the status sheet and add it here

Hi everyone, not much progress today due to banking issues. The antivirus and Resharper tool will be bought once I can clear up the banking issues tomorrow the latest

I am working on the governance status report. I still need to follow up with operations and marketing to ensure they understand the new status report

I am also sending them the meeting minutes template for all meetings in the future.


The QA team will work on the last scripts tomorrow (Vouchers)

hello again everyone,
The team does need new laptops. We have a few were the monitors are cracked (Monique and Eric), and then there are Joanna and Eddie's laptops that are slow. I also need a new one. My laptop keeps crashing. I would like one with a little bit more DevOps features. I am looking forward to having a conversation to discuss these things.

Good morning everyone, hope you all are well rested. Here are a few things that Kola needs to go-live in the next 30 days:
-A testing environment servers, VMs, etc) will be needed for continued testing post Production live
-DR (disaster recovery system), we don't have a way for backup if Production goes down
-Need help with Visual Studio Azure/DevOps because it is not fully set up
-I already mentioned Desktop Support
-Monitoring Support to monitor our Production system 24/7
-Deployment and Maintenance Process and Schedule (Yves and I discuss this)
-System for customer support reporting Issues from the Field (We use Trello Right Now)
-Application developers defects tracking tool
-Application Support for our websites (www.kolakash.com and www.kolafinancial.com)
-Laptops needed (5) for the team
-Testing (QA) - Automation, test plan templates, and tracking of defects process (SOP)
